Ongoing Workspace Admin · Most Popular

Most Businesses Have Nobody Who Actually Owns Their Google Workspace.

Email breaks. Staff leave without proper offboarding. Licences quietly pile up. Nobody notices until something goes wrong. I become the person who owns it — for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone full-time.

✓ Most popular service · ✓ Priority 2–4 hour response · ✓ Direct access — not a ticket queue

This is for you if your business doesn’t have a dedicated Google Workspace administrator.

  • Your team is growing and Workspace admin is falling on whoever has a spare moment
  • You’ve had a security concern — or worry you might — because nobody owns access management
  • Staff join and leave regularly, but nobody’s systematically handling their accounts
  • You’re paying for licences and aren’t sure all of them are actively being used
  • When something breaks, you want a person to contact — not a support ticket queue
  • You’re using Google Workspace mainly for email and know your team could be getting more from it

The real cost of unmanaged Workspace.

Former employees still have active access

When someone leaves and their account isn’t properly offboarded — email access, shared Drive files, group memberships — your business data stays reachable by someone who no longer works for you. This is the single most common security gap I find in self-managed Workspaces.

You’re paying for licences nobody is using

Most businesses managing Workspace themselves are overpaying. Accounts for people who left, duplicate addresses that could be simple aliases, email groups set up as full paid mailboxes. A monthly review catches this and saves real money, every month.

The wrong people have access to the wrong things

Without regular reviews, permissions drift. People accumulate access to Shared Drives, inboxes, and admin functions they no longer need — or never did. A monthly review catches this before it becomes a problem, not after.

Nobody to call when something breaks

When email stops working or someone can’t log in — who does your team actually contact? Google Support queues are slow and don’t know your setup. I respond within 2–4 hours, already know your environment, and fix it. That’s the difference between a five-minute interruption and a lost afternoon.

Why a monthly plan beats waiting for something to break.

Reactive support fixes the problem you already noticed. Ongoing admin catches the ones you haven’t — the ex-employee who still has Drive access, the licence you’re still paying for, the security setting nobody checked since setup.

By the time something’s broken enough to notice, it’s usually already cost you something: a document that shouldn’t have been visible, a licence paid for six months too long, an afternoon lost to a lockout. A monthly review is what catches these before they turn into that call.

Book a Free Call — I’ll Tell You Which Plan Fits

Not sure you’re ready for a monthly plan?

That’s completely fair — a retainer is a bigger commitment than a one-time fix. If you’re not sure your Workspace even needs ongoing management yet, start with a Workspace Health Check. I’ll audit your setup, tell you honestly what’s wrong, and if you decide to move to an ongoing plan within 30 days, the audit fee comes off your first month.

What happens if you’re unavailable?

Fair question, and worth answering directly. I work Monday to Saturday and respond within the hours listed in your plan. For anything urgent outside those hours, you’ll have clear escalation steps as part of onboarding. And because every plan is month to month with full documentation and admin access always in your hands — you’re never locked into a setup only I understand.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01. Is there a minimum contract period?

No. All plans are month to month. I would rather earn your business every month through the quality of the work than hold you to a contract. Cancel with one month’s notice by email — no penalties and no complicated process.

02. What counts as a priority support request?

Anything that stops your team from working — email not arriving, a user locked out, a critical file inaccessible, an account that needs immediate action. For routine requests (alias changes, new user setup outside of urgent need), I respond within 4 hours during Mon–Sat working hours.

03. How do I contact you when something comes up?

By email — directly, not through a ticket system. After the first call, you have my direct contact details. You message me, I respond. That is the whole process.

04. Can you help us actually use more of what Google Workspace offers?

Yes — this is part of every plan. Most businesses use Workspace primarily for email and miss everything else. Shared mailboxes, email delegation, Google Groups, aliases, collaborative Drive — I make sure your team gets value from tools they are already paying for.

05. We only have 3 or 4 users. Is ongoing admin worth it for us?

It depends on how much Workspace admin is currently falling on you personally. If you are spending time every month troubleshooting, managing users, or worrying about whether things are configured correctly — it probably is. If your setup is stable and unlikely to change, a one-time Health Check may serve you better. Book a call and I will tell you honestly which makes more sense.

06. What happens if we want to cancel?

One month’s notice by email. Before you go, I make sure you have everything needed to manage your Workspace independently or hand over to someone else — documentation, full admin access, and a configuration summary. No difficult handover process.

07. How is this different from just asking Google Support?

Google Support handles general product questions through a queue — they don’t know your specific setup, your team, or your history. I do. When something goes wrong, I can diagnose it in minutes rather than hours, because I’m not starting from scratch each time.

08. Do you provide Google Workspace admin support for businesses in India?

Yes. I am based in Pune and work with Indian businesses across Maharashtra and nationally. For Indian clients, the Essentials plan starts at ₹7,999 per month. I can work in English, Hindi, or Marathi — whichever suits your team. All plans are month to month with no lock-in contracts.
