This is for you if emails are going to spam and you have already tried fixing it yourself.
- Customers say your emails are landing in their junk or spam folder
- You are sending emails and getting no replies — and suspect they are not arriving
- Your emails are being rejected or bounced with an error you do not understand
- You recently changed your domain registrar or DNS settings and email broke
- You configured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC yourself but are not confident it was done correctly
- Google Support told you the problem is on the recipient’s end — but it keeps happening
Email deliverability problems almost always come down to the same root causes.
Missing or incorrectly configured SPF
SPF tells receiving mail servers which servers are authorised to send email on behalf of your domain. If it is missing, incorrectly formatted, or has too many DNS lookups, your email fails authentication — silently, with no bounce message to tip you off.
DKIM not set up — or set up in the wrong place
DKIM adds a cryptographic signature to your outgoing email. Without it, receiving servers cannot verify the message genuinely came from your domain. A common mistake is adding the DKIM record to the wrong DNS zone — it passes a basic tool check but fails on actual mail servers.
DMARC missing or stuck in monitor mode
DMARC tells receiving servers what to do when email fails SPF or DKIM checks. Most businesses either have no DMARC record at all, or set it to p=none — which monitors but takes no action. It needs to be configured correctly, and tightened gradually, to actually protect your domain.
Domain or IP on a blacklist
If your domain or sending IP has been flagged — from a previous spam incident, a compromised account, or a misconfigured bulk-sending tool — your emails will land in spam even after DNS records are corrected. I check all major blacklists as part of every audit.
The process
A full audit — not a quick patch.
01. Full DNS and email authentication audit
I review your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records completely — not just whether they exist, but whether they’re correctly configured, properly aligned, and actually doing their job. I check your domain registrar, DNS provider, and Google Workspace admin console.
02. Sending reputation and blacklist check
I check your domain and sending IP against all major blacklists. I also review your sending patterns for anything triggering spam filters — shared IP reputation, header formatting, and bounce rate history.
03. Fix, correctly — not just technically present
I implement fixes at the right level: your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, BigRock, Namecheap), your domain registrar, or your Google Workspace admin console — wherever the problem actually sits. DMARC is set to the right policy for your situation, with alignment verified before anything is tightened.
04. Verify it’s actually working
After fixing, I send test emails, inspect authentication headers, and confirm your email is landing in inboxes — not just passing a DNS tool check. The job isn’t done until delivery is verified end to end.
05. Plain-English written report
You receive a summary of exactly what was found, what was fixed, and what to watch for going forward. Written for a business owner, not an IT administrator. No jargon.

Solved in 40 minutes what Google Support could not fix in a week.
The Situation: A business owner had been dealing with email deliverability problems for over a week. Every email they sent was landing in spam. After several contacts with Google Support, they were told the issue was on the recipient’s end. It was not — it was a configuration problem that Google’s standard support does not diagnose.
What Was Found: The DKIM record had been added to the wrong DNS zone — a common mistake when a domain registrar and a separate DNS provider are both involved in managing DNS. SPF had too many DNS lookups, causing it to fail silently on certain receiving mail servers. DMARC was present but set to p=none, meaning it was logging failures but taking no action to protect delivery.
The Result: All three records were corrected in the right locations. Within 30 minutes of DNS propagation, test emails were landing in the primary inbox. The client received a written report of exactly what was wrong and what was done — which Google Support had never provided.
This is one example. Similar issues appear across many industries — legal firms, recruiters, e-commerce businesses, HVAC companies, and professional services of all types. The root causes are almost always the same.

Frequently asked questions
Most single-domain deliverability issues are resolved the same day. DNS propagation takes time — typically 30 minutes to 4 hours — but the fix itself is usually completed within 1–2 hours of starting work.
I will need to either make DNS changes directly or walk you through making them yourself. If you give me access, I only ask for what is necessary — and I explain every change before making it. If you prefer to make the changes yourself while I guide you, that works equally well.
Often yes. Emails that vanish without a bounce message are frequently being silently rejected or filtered. An SPF or DKIM failure can cause this on strict mail servers. The audit will identify it.
Because having these records present is not the same as having them correctly configured. Common issues include SPF records with too many DNS lookups (which cause silent failures on some servers), DKIM applied to the wrong DNS zone, and DMARC set to p=none — which monitors but does nothing. My audit checks all of this properly.
Not if done correctly. A common mistake is moving DMARC straight to p=reject before SPF and DKIM are properly aligned — which can cause legitimate email to bounce. I always verify alignment first and only tighten the policy when it is safe to do so.
If the issue recurs as a direct result of what was configured, I address it at no additional charge. The written report you receive also means you are not dependent on me to understand what was done — it is documented clearly.
Yes — and this is one of the most common issues I handle for Indian businesses on Google Workspace. Whether your domain is registered with GoDaddy, BigRock, Namecheap, Hostinger, or any other registrar, and whether your DNS is managed separately through Cloudflare or your hosting provider — I work with all of these setups regularly. For Indian clients, pricing starts at ₹5,999 for a single-domain audit and fix. Most issues are resolved the same day.
