Access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, BigRock, Namecheap, or wherever your domain is registered), your current email provider login, and a rough list of email accounts that need migrating. I will walk you through everything else on the first call.
Yes. Google Workspace works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and any IMAP-compatible email client. I configure this as part of every migration so your team does not need to change how they work. The switch should be invisible to them.
Yes — and this is always the first conversation. I am not a reseller and earn no commission from which plan you choose. I will recommend the plan that actually fits your team’s needs — which is sometimes a less expensive one than you expected. You buy licences directly from Google or any reseller of your choice.
I stay available after every migration for follow-up support. If something is not working correctly as a direct result of the migration, I fix it at no additional charge. I also provide a plain-English written summary at the end of every project so you understand what was done and can manage it going forward.
