About ManagedInbox

You’re Not Talking to an Agency. You’re Talking to Me.

No account managers, no support tickets, no “I’ll escalate this.” When something’s wrong with your Google Workspace, you talk to the person who actually fixes it.

ManagedInbox isn’t an agency or a call center. It’s me — Shrikant, a certified Google Workspace Administrator based in Pune, India, and I handle every single project myself.

My first job in technology was as an IT teacher, back in 2004. From there I moved into web hosting technical support, where I spent close to a decade managing DNS, cPanel and Plesk environments, domain setups, and email infrastructure for hundreds of clients. It was detail-heavy, high-pressure work — and it’s exactly why I can spot domain and email problems that most Workspace consultants never think to look for.

By 2015 I’d moved into cloud consulting, and for the past 5 years I’ve focused entirely on Google Workspace — completing 200+ projects for businesses across India, the US, the UK, Europe, and Australia. Every one of them, handled personally by me.

I built ManagedInbox because I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses paying for Google Workspace, using maybe 20% of what it could actually do, and having no one reliable to call when something went wrong.

I wanted to be that person — someone a business could actually reach, who explains things plainly, fixes them properly, and doesn’t create three new problems while solving one.

What my background means for you

Most Workspace consultants know Workspace. I also know everything underneath it.

DNS and domains — from any registrar

Before I ever touched Google Workspace, I spent a decade managing DNS at the hosting level — cPanel, Plesk, GoDaddy, BigRock, Namecheap, Cloudflare, and more. When your email breaks because your domain registrar and your DNS provider aren’t talking to each other properly, I’ve seen that exact problem hundreds of times. I know where to look first.

Email that keeps working — on any device, with any app

Migration isn’t just about moving data. It’s making sure your team can keep using Outlook, Apple Mail, or whatever they’re used to, without losing calendar sync, contacts, or years of old email. I set everything up end-to-end so the switch is invisible to your team.

Independent advice — no reseller, no commission

I’m not a Google Workspace reseller, and I don’t earn anything based on which plan you pick. When I recommend a licence tier — or tell you that you don’t need to upgrade — you can trust that it’s based on your situation, not on what pays me more.

Certifications

I keep my certifications current, because the technology keeps changing. A certification from a few years ago says very little about how Workspace works today.

How I work

A few things clients mention after every project.

01. I ask before I access

I never request more access than a project actually needs — and I explain exactly why I need what I’m asking for, before I ask for it.

02. I explain what I did — every time

When a project’s done, you get a plain-English summary of what was done, what I found, and what to keep an eye on. Not a technical report — something you’ll actually read.

03. I adjust to who I am talking to

Whether you’ve never opened the Admin Console or you live in it daily, I meet you where you are. No jargon unless you want it.

04. I tell you honestly if something is not worth fixing

Not every problem needs a paid engagement. If it’s something you can sort yourself in five minutes, I’ll tell you that on the free call — before you spend a rupee or a dollar.

Who I work with

Solo founders, growing teams, established businesses — and everyone in between.

Most of my clients are business owners and operations managers who don’t have a dedicated IT person — or have an IT team that handles infrastructure but nobody who really owns the Workspace side. That ranges from a solo founder setting up their first business email, to a growing team of 20–30 people who just need someone reliable managing things every month.

I’ve also handled larger, more complex projects — including consolidating two Google Workspace environments into one for an 84-person organization. So whatever size you’re at, there’s a good chance I’ve solved something similar before.

What every client shares is this: they want Workspace to work correctly, they don’t want to think about it constantly, and they want someone they can actually reach when something goes wrong. If that sounds like you, we’ll probably work well together.

I work remotely with clients across India, the US, the UK, Europe, and Australia. For clients in Maharashtra and across India, I’m equally comfortable in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
